Warranties
Plants purchased and installed by customer
Warrantied for 50% of the purchase price for 1 year. The sales reciept and the plant are required. For large shrubs and trees,
we will inspect the plant on site.
Plants installed by Faulkner's
Having Faulkner's install your plants offers the greatest value and convenience. Our plants that we install are covered 100%
for 1 year, as well as the labor required to replace them.
The Pennsylvania Pride Guarantee
Eaton Farms, one of the most respected growers in the industry, offers an unmatched 3 year, homeowner guarantee on all their
products. If at any time, for any reason during the 3 years the plant fails, Eaton Farm will replace the plant. Simply bring
back the plant to Faulkners with the Eaton's identification tag, and the 3 year warranty tag, and we will be glad to replace
it.
